According to the Financial Times, the Czech Republic’s national petroleum processor Ceska Rafinérska (CER) is in negotiation with the agriculture ministry over the production of a biodiesel motor fuel. CER would like to produce a blend of petroleum-derived diesel with 5% rapeseed oil methyl ester.
