The Polish Parliament passed a new law on the production and marketing of liquid biofuels. Fuel producers will be allowed to add biofuels to petroleum fuels from Jan 1st 2004. Nevertheless until April 30th 2004, the biofuels can only be made from raw material harvested in Poland.
