Market study on bio-based cleaning and office supplies

The basis for improved market access of bio-based products through the public’s knowledge of the market and its structure. Therefore the environmental law firm Dr. Rhein and the Institute for ecological economy research (IÖW) gGmbH raise on behalf of BMEL bio-based products, the market data. The market study aimed to capture the product groups of existing renewable detergents and cleaning agents and stationery and determine the needs of the public sector in these segments. The market data is provided the actual ranges and requirements of the public sector, in particular the Covenant, opposite. In addition, demand-oriented and innovative future markets for bio-based products to be identified.

The results of the study will be presented publicly in the spring of 2018.
