20-09-29_ CCF_Platz_1_RGBThe innovation award will be carried out within the framework of the “2nd International Conference on Cellulose Fibres” (www.cellulose-fibres.eu). The Cellulose Fibres Conference is a meeting point for companies working in the field of lignocellulosic feedstock, cellulose fibres – such as rayon, viscose, modal or lyocell – and new applications and developments – woven textiles (clothing) and non-wovens (wipes and technical applications). All these sectors have gained significant momentum over the last few years. The conference will bridge the gap between online participants and attendants at the location in Cologne with live networking tools, debate panels and interactive session formats allowing experts to exchange views and establish new connections.

Among the applicants, six candidates will be nominated for the innovation award by an independent expert jury. Their application documents will be made available for download at the conference website to provide the audience and other interested parties a first glimpse of these innovations. The nominees will then get the opportunity to hold a ten-minute presentation at the conference or online. After the presentations, the participants of the conference will elect the final winners of the innovation award “Cellulose Fibre Innovation of the Year 2021”.
Applying to the award is free of charge and each nominated “Top 6” candidate will receive one free 2-day ticket to attend the conference. This is a unique opportunity to promote your innovations and products. nova-Institute will issue a worldwide press release and use all communication channels to publish the award-winning innovations.
