Biome Technologies completes £5.2 million Biotec jv sale

Biome Technologies announced the completion this afternoon of its £5.2 million sale of its Biotec joint venture.

The deal sees it dispose of its 50 per cent stake in the Biotec resins business to Sphere, which owns the other half of the operation in Germany.
