Third International Conference of the European Industrial Hemp Association (http://www.eiha.org)

The conference language will be English

Dear Hemp Expert!

We want to inform you about the next EIHA Conference. The conference will again take place in the proven EuroMedia Hotel in Huerth/Germany. Please reserve the date of 28.-29. November 2005 in your calendar!

We’d like to ask you to propose a presentation for the 3rd EIHA Conference. Please send us as soon as possible the title and the abstract of your presentation. Please keep in mind that all ca. 80 participants are experts from all over the world. We are primarily interested in new and sophisticated topics. The time for presentations will be about 20 minutes plus 10 minutes for discussion.

Please send your proposal to Sven Ortmann (sven.ortmann@nova-institut.de), who will organize the conference.

All speakers would have to register, pay the conference fee and book their hotel rooms – like the other participants.

Fee

All participants – also the speakers – have to pay a participants’ fee of 200,00 EUR (including lunches, snacks and the dinner buffet) + 16% VAT.

Aim of the Conference

The aim of the conference is to bring together the leading hemp companies and institutes, to exchange recent information about markets and technologies, to get the business ahead and to start new projects!

Program & Speakers

There is no final program of the conference. If you are interested to give a presentation, please send an abstract to Sven Ortmann (contact@nova-institut.de). All presentations will be limited to 20 minutes and short discussion. Please keep in mind that all participants are experts on industrial hemp and need no general information about hemp cultivation, processing or applications! The program will be published on http://www.eiha.org in october.

Registration

All participants have to register before the conference! Registration will be possible soon.

Hotel

Please book your hotel rooms very soon! We have reserved rooms in the Conference Hotel EuroMedia Apart-Hotel, but the quantity of rooms is limited. If you book a room in the conference hotel EuroMedia, please use the keyword “EIHA” for improved conditions!
