UK compounder goes green with rights to distribute bioplastic resins

Albis UK has been appointed as Cereplast’s exclusive UK and Ireland distributor of its range of bioplastic resins for their film extrusion and blow moulding grades with immediate effect. The Cereplast range is made up of Cereplast Compostables and Cereplast Sustainables.

Cereplast Compostable resins are made from renewable resources and are said to be ecologically sound substitutes for fossil fuel-based plastics, replacing nearly 100 percent of the petroleum-based additives used in traditional plastics.
