Bonderalia Italia has announced the launch of ECOBOND PKW, a natural and multifunctional emulsifier derived from Reverdia’s Biosuccinium® S. This new emulsifier also contains organic pumpkin seed oil and is available through the distribution company SACI- CFPA.
ECOBOND PKW has remarkable emulsifying properties and characteristics which distinguish it from existing products. Benefits include skin hydration, perfume enhancement and a reduced concentration of preservatives. The emulsifier can be used in personal care and cosmetic products such as creams of varying fluidity, lotions, milks and more.
A range of natural ingredients have been employed for this innovative product. The organic pumpkin seed oil has a well-balanced acidity and contains rich amounts of natural zinc which is fundamental for the human body’s antioxidant and anti-inflammatory systems. It is obtained naturally through a mechanical process. Reverdia’s Biosuccinium® S grade is another ingredient which is 100% natural. It is a pure grade of bio-succinic acid, registered under the ECOCERT Natural and Organic Cosmetics Standard.

The emulsifying properties of ECOBOND PKW have been demonstrated across a wide range of fatty phases, even with oils usually difficult to emulsify. This allows stable creams and lotions to be formulated from 100% vegetable origin oil which have a pleasant, long-lasting skin feel and a shiny surface. It creates liquid crystals in lamellar structures regardless of chemical structure and the polarity of substances present in the internal phase of an emulsion.
