Materia presents 100 of the most inspiring and most innovative materials at the Dutch Materials 2015 event

This edition, at the 150m² pavilion, attention will be given to:

• lightweight materials
• bio-based materials

Materia is the international materials platform of tens of thousands of architects and material developers in the field of innovative materials. Materia brings construction professionals together around an independent collection of materials. The network stimulates innovation on its way to a more beautiful and more sustainable constructed and equipped environment of high quality. The selected materials will be exhibited at different (international) events around the world, including The Netherlands, Germany, China and England.

The Materia exhibition at Materials 2015 consists of more than a 1,000 of the newest materials from the independent collection, completely adjusted to the target group: the technical industry. Two themes will be exhibited in detail: lightweight materials and bio-based materials.

The purpose of the exhibition is to create a bridge between the creative and the technical fields. The innovative materials that will be shown will be a great inspiration to designers, manufacturers and specialists from the technical industry.
