Mitsui Chemicals Signs Acrylamide Bio-Process Technology License Agreement with Finland's Kemira OYJ

Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. (Head Office: Tokyo, Japan; President & CEO: Toshikazu Tanaka) announced the signing of a licensing agreement for acrylamide (AAM) manufacturing technology, the raw material for poly-acrylamide which is used in wastewater treatment and shale gas mining recovery processes, with Kemira OYJ (Head Office: Helsinki, Finland; President & CEO: Wolfgang Büchele).
