Plastic is THE material for toys and leisure products. It should be as healthy and sustainable as possible – children play every day. The transition from fossil to renewable feedstocks for plastic manufacture is offering a wealth of opportunities!

Key areas to be addressed:

Supply: Biobased PE, PP, PET, TPE, PLA, compounds & fillers
Toys: Products, early adopter experiences, strategies & marketing
Framework: Standards, legislation, QM, labels & claims

Whilst conventional plastics are being confronted with many weaknesses, biobased / biodegradable plastics enjoy a momentum of increased interest – and this is likely to continue.

The conference shall inspire players and partnerships:
